39 days... 16 people... ONE... Survivor!

Host Jeff Probst welcomes a diverse group of 16 contestants to the south central province of Jiang Xi in mainland China, where they will undergo a series of mental, physical and psychological challenges in a bid to win a $1 million prize and the title of ultimate Survivor in this, the 15th edition of the hit reality series.

Initially, everyone comes together in Shanghai before attending a Buddhist ceremony. Next, the contestants are split into two tribes (Fei Long, Zhan Hu) and marooned on two islands on Zhelin Lake. By winning a reward challenge, tribes are allowed to kidnap an opposing player who brings a clue to the location of a hidden immunity idol at the camp.

A Slippery Little Sucker
One castaway is surprised by the revelation of another, prompting paranoia to hit an all-time high. During the final Immunity Challenge, one castaway feels vulnerable and tries to swing a deal to get to the final three. Will the competitor bite? One castaway grows upset when someone considered a close friend makes that castaway look bad in front of the Jury. In the end, the final three are held accountable for their actions as the Jury decides who will win one million dollars and the title of Sole Survivor.
